Celebrate Mother's Day at Spark

Show your love and appreciation for Mom by bringing her to Spark Restaurant Lounge on Saturday, May 9, 2009 for a five course tasting.

This event is by reservation only. On Valentines Day we booked up very quickly for our seven course tasting, so make reservations today!
Chef Romero has put together five fantastic courses that you will only be able to experience this Saturday:

First Course

roasted poblano-corn bisque | smoked paprika crème fraiche | dungeness crab

Second Course

hawaiian yellow fin tuna carpaccio | avocado tartare | waffled potato crisps | tangerine reduction

Third Course

roasted baby beets | frisée | warm chèvre crostini | citrus vinaigrette | candied pistachios

Fourth Course

braised short rib | chive ricotta gnocchi | wild mushrooms | sweet peas | truffle butter | braising jus

Fifth Course

amano chocolate dessert sampler

$39 per person
(does not including tax or gratuity)

While the menu is fixed for the evening, please let us know about any allergy or dietary concerns when making your reservation. Chef Romero will gladly substitute the main course with a vegetarian-friendly option.
